An email order confirmation will be sent to your given email address within 24 hrs. The order detail (including additional postage fee) and banking information will be forwarded to you. Please note that your order will only be processed after the payment has been received and verified.

Payment Policy :
Currently, we only accept payment from DBS/OCBC/UOB banks via ATM Transfer(within Singapore) or Internet Banking. Full payment must be made within 3 working days upon receiving your order confirmation and our banking information. Otherwise, your order will be cancelled. Kindly notify us via email at BeadStoryByNC@gmail.com or SMS +65 96927470 once the payment has been made in order to speed up the process of identifying the payer.
Postage Rate :
Normal Postage : S$ 1.00 postage fee for the normal postage.
Registered Postage : S$ 2.24 additional fee applies on top of the normal postage fee.
**Postage fee will be paid by the buyers. We highly recommend the registered postage as we are not liable for any lost or damage to the goods**

2. No refund or exchange is allowed after the item has already been sold. We do inspect all sold items before posting them out.
